Weather Headlines

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – On November 13, 1986, an early arctic outbreak moved into the state with some freezing rain. Many places had their lowest temperature of the season.

This explains why Little Rock’s previous record low was 20° in 1986.

The new record low was set on November 13, 2019 when the temperature dropped to 17° due to another early season arctic outbreak.
