Jonesboro linebacker Logan Orr has accepted the preferred walk-on offer from Arkansas.
He committed to the Razorbacks on Sunday evening.
Very excited and beyond blessed to announce my commitment to The University of Arkansas! pic.twitter.com/kMNp4oBXKQ— Logan Orr (@Loganjayorr) February 3, 2019
Orr chose Arkansas over Arkansas State and others. As a senior, the 6-foot-2, 220-pound Orr had 93 tackles, including 47 unassisted, five tackles for loss, two quarterback hurries and an interception. On offense, he was 1 of 1 passing for 16 yards and rushed 13 times for 53 yards and two touchdowns.
Orr joins Searcy offensive lineman Andrew Vest, Shiloh Christian offensive lineman Logan Kallesen and Pulaski Academy wide receiver John David White as preferred walk-on commitments in Arkansas’ Class of 2019.
