“Alright, the Pigtrail show continues. Now time for one of my favorite segments each and every week. My man, Richard Davenport, is the recruiting guy, joining us from our KARK studios in Little Rock. You can read his stuff in the Arkansas Democrat Gazette as I do, or log onto Wholehog Sports. Richard, it’s always nice to have a home game. You can have visits on campus, and we’ve got two from the football side of things. With Bumper Pool, maybe my favorite name, and then also Brian Williams. Talk about their experience.”

Richard Davenport
“Well, the good thing is, you know, Bumper’s a 2018 linebacker. Huge target for Arkansas. He’s been on campus numerous times, and for him to come back is a big plus. His dad, his mother, his younger brother were there. Also, his older sister who attends the University of Arkansas was also there, so anytime you get them on campus that’s a plus. I think Arkansas is sitting in a really good place with Bumper. Brain Williams is obviously Rawleigh Williams younger brother. We talked about him last week. He was here with a few teammates from Dallas. Bishop Dunn. He’s one of the top 2019 prospects in the country at safety. Obviously a guy that Arkansas would love to continue to carry the tradition of the Willaims family going to Arkansas.”

Aaron Peters
“Yeah, and it was nice that his big brother had a big game on Saturday. Alright, Arkansas likes jr college guys. They come in ready to play a lot of times. Phil Hoskins, can you describe him as one of those?”

Richard Davenport
“Yeah you can. I think he can play inside or outside on the defensive line. He’s 6′ 5″, 280 pounds. He’s currently committed to Kentucky right now. He wads wanting to visit  Arkansas this weekend, but some of his teammates weren’t able to come. They will try to come later. Will make an official visit, well he said he would probably make an official and an unofficial visit to Arkansas this season. He’s like I said, he is currently committed to Kentucky right now. I think Arkansas has done an outstanding job recruiting him. He is very high on Arkansas.”

Aaron Peters
“Alright. On the offensive side of things, Arkansas receiver JeShaun Jones tight end and Mustapha Muhammad both in the 2018 class.”

Richard Davenport
“Yeah, JeShaun got an offer from  Arkansas at the South Florida Satellite camp at Florida Atlantic University back in June. That really helped Arkansas, offering early. He wants to make an unofficial visit to Arkansas this season. He said there is a chance he could come to commit if he really likes it. His mom will also be a deciding factor where he goes, but he will probably most likely let the recruiting process play out and decide later. Mustapha Muhammad, he is a 2018 tight end that you mentioned is one of the more highly recruited tight ends in the country. He was at the TCU game. That really caught his attention. How Arkansas utilizes the tight end and he wants to visit Arkansas in the near future.”

Aaron Peters
“Alright. Let’s talk basketball before we run out of time. Embry and Brown, two last names for you.”

Richard Davenport
“Keyshawn Embry, a 2018 guard, combo guard visited yesterday. Really enjoyed the family atmosphere among the coaches and the players. You know, a positive atmosphere is really what says a lot of guys and it definitely made an impression on him. Rodgerick Brown is a 2018 small forward that was really impressed with Arkansas’s family atmosphere too, but he was really impressed with the facilities. He attended the football game and he thought that the fans were just outrageous, so two guys that Arkansas got on early and I think they are in good shape with both of them. Brown did say Arkansas leads for him.”

Aaron Peters
“Alright, Richard Davenport. Great job as always. Coming up next, Black Hawk Down, a famous movie. Good thing that did not happen to our Alyssa Orange. That’s next.”
