Mississippi State marched down the field in to set up a game-tying 41-yard field goal try, however, the Bulldogs missed it as time expired. Final: Arkansas defeats Mississippi State 31-28.
Third Quarter — Bulldogs quarterback, Will Rogers, throws his second touchdown of the game to take Mississippi State’s first lead of the day, 14-13. However, Arkansas responded with a 51-yard field goal to regain the lead. Arkansas 16, Mississippi State 14.
Halftime — Mississippi State scored their first touchdown of the game with seven seconds remaining before halftime to chop Arkansas’ lead to 13-7.
First quarter — Dominique Johnson scored the game’s first touchdown to give Arkansas a 10-0 lead over Mississippi State heading into the second quarter. Razorback freshman kick, Cam Little, also drilled a 46-yard field goal.

The Bulldogs are fresh off an upset with over then 12th-ranked Kentucky, while Arkansas is coming off the bye week, but most recently beat UAPB in at War Memorial Stadium.
