CLINTON, Ark. — Three people are injured after a plane malfunction in Van Buren County.
The pilot, and grandmother and granddaughter are being treated for non life-threatening injuries.
Clinton police say the accident happened upon takeoff when the pilot of the single engine plane was unable to get sufficient lift.
He was able to make a crash landing on Highway 65.
The three were airlifted to a hospital.
