Small earthquake detected near Greenbrier


GREENBRIER, Ark. – The U.S. Geological Survey shows a small earthquake has been detected near Greenbrier Saturday morning.

The quake registered a 2.8 on the Richter scale.

No damage is expected, but around 40 people reported to USGS that they felt the quake shortly after it happened.

The blue area indicates where the minor quake was likely felt.
