LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – The family of a local man who was shot and killed in a Feb. 22 officer-involved shooting has been shown police video recordings of the incident.
Little Rock said on Feb. 22 that Bradley Blackshire had been pulled over driving a car police said was stolen. He at first stopped but when Officer Charles Starks got out of his patrol car, police said Blackshire then accelerated and hit him. Police say as the officer was hit, Starks fired his gun.
After Blackshire’s family watched the video, it was then released to the community by the Little Rock Police Department on its Facebook page.
