LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — One of Little Rock’s Premier restaurants, Petit & Keet is changing their menu up for the first time since opening their doors.
This season, the restaurant is turning their focus to fall cuisine, with offerings such as Charred Miso Salmon, Australian Lamb Lollipops, and an Oxtail Macaroni & Cheese that is sure to delight.
Greg Henderson, Owner/Publisher for Rock City Eats, commented in a recent article, “It is a significant menu design that has been carefully worked, refined, and adjusted over time to keep with the small and perfected approach. Well over half the menu is new or updated, but it still feels much like nothing dramatically new. There is a good reason for it.” You can read the full review by clicking here.
Executive Chef Steve Binotti stopped by our studio Monday with a hands-on look at the new menu, and offered up the inside scoop on how to prepare one of their new signatures, the Shrimp Avocado Tango.
