Update:

NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — The second victim in a morning shooting at a local skate park has been identified as Jacob Bynum, 18, according to North Little Rock Police. 

NLRPD says Bynum was taken to a hospital where he received medical treatment for his injuries. 

Police say he is stable and is expected to survive. 

Authorities have yet to further details regarding to the shooting investigation.

NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – A Monday morning shooting at a local skate park has left one man dead and another in the hospital.

The North Little Rock Police Department (NLRPD) says it happened around 3:45 a.m. at 2800 River Rd. during a suspected robbery.

The victim has been identified as Armand Van Tonder, 22. Police have not yet released the other victim’s name or information on his condition.

The NLRPD is offering a $10,000 reward for information that leads to the successful arrest and conviction of the person/persons responsible for this incident, said a news release.
