LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – A pedestrian who died Friday night after being hit by a car on the city’s southwest side has now been identified.
On Tuesday, the Little Rock Police Department said the Arkansas State Crime Lab had identified the man as Douglas Bruce Hayes, 60.

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Police are investigating a fatal pedestrian accident Friday night.
Investigators are working to identify the deceased man.
Little Rock Police were called just after 9 p.m. to a Shell gas station in regards to the accident.
Officers say the man was hit and possibly dragged from Asher to 32nd St. along University Avenue.
No further information has been released.
