U.S. Marshals’ Early-Morning Round-Up Leads to a Dozen Arrests in Conway

Local News
CONWAY, Ark. – The U.S. Marshals tracked down nearly two dozen felons wanted by Conway Police Monday in round-up that began before the sun came up, and they were able to arrest a dozen of them.
“On days like this we’re just trying to get as many as we can,” Officer Chris Harris, spokesman for the Conway Police Department, said.
Harris says they are targeting violent felons.
“We try to do it about once a year, once every couple of years,” Harris said.
He added that the help from the U.S. Marshals makes many of these arrests possible, saying, “They’re pretty much law enforcement without borders.”
These federal agents want to make their message clear: It’s only a matter of time. They can and will show up at the next felon’s front door.
The U.S. Marshals also help track down other criminals wanted by Little Rock, North Little Rock, Arkansas State Police and Arkansas Community Correction.
Here are the names of all those arrested in today’s round-up:
  1. Stan Higdon
  2. Mario Toney
  3. Anthony Childress
  4. Jeremy Stewart
  5. Lisa Yarbrough
  6. Napoleon Criswell
  7. Kimberly Burch
  8. Kenneth Harrison
