PULASKI COUNTY, Ark. – Thursday’s storms left behind downed trees, flooded roads and about a half a million dollars worth of damage to a local business.
Lazyman Stands makes its money mostly from deer stands. Strong winds picked up many of them and threw them all over the property along Highway 89 in Pulaski County just west of Cabot. A historic barn was also damaged.
The owner said he just renewed his insurance last week.
Across the road, crews worked with chainsaws to remove a large, uprooted tree from the highway.
