LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Traffic is backed up in Little Rock after a semi-truck crashed on a bridge over I-440.
According to the Arkansas Department of Transportation, it’s slow going at the South Terminal Interchange. In a tweet, ARDOT says, a mail truck couldn’t decide which ramp to take and ran out of time making a decision.
