UPDATE: Man found dead identified in Friday Little Rock homicide, police investigating

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – After further examination by medical examiners the man found dead has been identified as Ulysses Evans Jr., 40.

Police are still investigating the situation.


LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — The identity of the man is still unknown at this time.

The cause of death is still to be determined by the Arkansas State Crime Lab Medical Examiner.

Police have confirmed this as a homicide.

They are investigating the homicide and still ask that you avoid the area if possible.

Officers responded to the area of Roosevelt and Brown for a possible deceased body located behind a building.

Homicide Detectives have been requested to the scene to investigate further. You are asked to avoid this area if possible.
