LITTLE ROCK, Ark.– Paul Spencer officially announced his bid for the U.S. House of Representatives on Saturday.
The Catholic high teacher is running for Arkansas’ 2nd Congressional District. The seat is currently being held by Congressman French Hill.
Speakers at Spencer’s rally called for a more diverse and inclusive Little Rock.
Paul Spencer says, “There’s two sides to Arkansas and both of those groups need to be adequately represented. The second thing is we can begin to quiet down the money being dumped into campaign finances that will give people the ability to be heard.”
Spencer says he hopes to unite people all over the Natural State.
