Conway park could be named for MLK

CONWAY, Ark. – Conway is considering naming a new park after civil rights icon Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

The 1.4 acre park is part of the $3.5 million Markham Street Corridor project.

The project was started seven years ago.

Its purpose is to connect downtown Conway with Hendrix College.
