CLEVELAND COUNTY, Ark.- Cleveland County Judge Gary Spears passed away Sunday morning.
According to a post on the Cleveland County Office of Emergency Management Facebook page, Spears battled cancer for multiple years.
Cleveland County Office of Emergency Management officials said in the post, “Judge Spears was a special man and lead our County to prosperity for over 14 years as Judge.”
