LITTLE ROCK, Ark.- A Civil Service Commission hearing for former Little Rock Police Officer Charles Starks has been rescheduled for Wednesday, September 4.

The hearing was canceled after the first day of testimony due to Starks’ attorney being injured after falling down the stairs.

Starks is appealing after he was fired for fatally shooting Bradley Blackshire in February.
