LITTLE ROCK, Ark. –  The proprietors of Big Country Chateau Apartments on Colonel Glenn will be heading to court on Thursday.

The owners will learn punishment on Thursday afternoon related to a series of violations given by code enforcement.

Code enforcement found many safety issues over the previous summer.

Officials say most of the problems have since been addressed and fixed at this point.
