LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — During the 93rd General Assembly, bill SB6 dealing with abortion in Arkansas has passed the Senate and now heads to the House for voting.
Bill SB6 will allow Arkansas to create the ‘Arkansas Unborn Child Protection Act’ while also abolishing abortion in Arkansas.
This bill was introduced by Senator Jason Rapert and Senator Mary Bently.
