Thanks to a cold front Monday morning, Arkansas gets a break from that typical summertime high heat and humidity.
Dewpoint values were in the upper 60s and low 70s last weekend and early Monday morning. But when a cold front swept through Monday Morning, those high humidity values were swept away and dry refreshing air took its place.
This reprieve from summer’s Arkansauna weather will last through the week as a second cold front for the week will pass through Wednesay and reinforce the dry air over the state. Of course, it will not last forever. The high humidity is expected back this coming weekend.
