9 Arrests in Faulkner Co. Prostitution Sting

FAULKNER COUNTY, Ark. – Nine arrests have been made in a prostitution sting.

The Faulkner County Sheriff’s Office says its Criminal Investigation Division conducted the “prostitution demand reduction operation” at an undisclosed location on Thursday night.

The FCSO says the undercover investigation resulted in the arrest of the following individuals:

William Floyd, 62. Charges: Sexual Solicitation, Possession of Controlled Substance
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

Keaseem Hendrickson, 32. Charges: Sexual Solicitation, Fleeing on Foot

Christopher Henderson, 39. Charges: Sexual Solicitation, Possession of Methamphetamine with purpose to deliver

Edwin Kerr, 44. Charge: Sexual Solicitation

John Leavell, 30. Charges: Sexual Solicitation, Possession of controlled substance with purpose to deliver

Oscar Lopez, 21. Charge: Sexual Solicitation

Steven Sipes, 51. Charge: Sexual Solicitation

Kelby Sutterfield, 24. Charge: Sexual Solicitation

Johnny Hubbard, 43. Charge: Sexual Solicitation

The FCSO says the operation amounts to more than a prostitution sting, adding that this is a continuation of reduction of the criminal element through a variety of deployed tactics.
