4 Arrested in Frito Lay Warehouse Thefts

JACKSON & WHITE COUNTIES, Ark.- A White County theft ring busted after some stolen electronics lead detectives to the thieves.

"We got the call at like 4:00 in the morning," says Jackson County Sheriff David Lucas.

The call was from the White County Sheriff's Office about a break in at the Frito Lay plant near the county line.

"When officers got there the trucks had already been sent out on their routes, so we weren't able to process any of the vehicles," says Sheriff Lucas, but they did take a report.

Among the stolen items was an iPad that White County deputies tracked to the house of a parolee.

White county deputies say several people were inside the house on Rocky Point Road, along with items linked to the Frito Lay warehouse theft and other thefts around White county.

They arrested four men in connection with the crimes.
