LITTLE ROCK, AR – Every Saturday morning you will find Brandy Brazeale at the Arkansas Dream Center in Little Rock.

She’s part of a faithful team of volunteers who serves a hot breakfast to anyone in the community that needs it.

“God just sent me here I thought to help people, but it really was to help me,” explains Brazeale.

Brazeale, also a single mother, is leading by example.

“It’s all about giving to people that are less fortunate than you and making him aware that he is so blessed,” she says.

KARK surprised this selfless volunteer at Davis Elementary in Bryant, where Brazeale teaches 5th grade.

Ms. Brazeale, as she’s known in the classroom, had no idea why our camera was there.

With her son Parker and colleagues at Davis Elementary in on the surprise, Brazeale was awarded a certificate along with a $300 Kroger gift card.

“If there was more people like her in our world, our world would be a much better place. She’s just one of those kind of people,” explains friend and former colleague, Whitney Nowlin.

Nowlin nominated Brazeale for the honor and tells KARK the elementary teacher has even encouraged some of her students to volunteer at the Dream Center.

KARK and Chick-fil-A of Central Arkansas teamed up to Pay it 4Ward to Brandi Brazeale, a humble servant and educator who’s making a big impact on little lives and those she’s never met.

“It has been my honor to be at the Dream Center. It’s my honor to be here with these kids. It’s an honor, thank you,” says Brazeale.
