LITTLE ROCK, Ark.- Easterseals serves thousands of Arkansans with disabilities, and one of their biggest events shows just how much of an impact the program makes.

Manny, 4, has made huge progress since he’s been at Easterseals, a boy who brings joy everywhere he goes.

“He lights up every room,” says Jillian Jacuzzi with Easterseals Arkansas.

He’s getting ready to rock the runway for Easterseals 11th Fashion Event, their biggest fundraiser of the year, raising money for all of their programs and giving kids and adults in the program the chance to shine.

“It’s amazing to see the milestones they make, and they come out on the runway, they’re so happy,” Jacuzzi says.

It’s a fun event and an emotional one.

“Just to see how proud they are and the confidence they gain,” Jacuzzi explains.

Easterseals helps kids and adults with special needs reach their full potential, from school, to therapy to job training and even a living center for adults. They hope this event will continue to raise money to serve even more Arkansans, and give kids like Manny this opportunity.

“His personality, we know he’ll have a good time walking the runway,” says Jacuzzi.

Easterseals Fashion event is Thursday, March 7.
