LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Diamond Chef Arkansas is a competitive culinary competition that pits some of Arkansas’ most beloved, certified chefs against each other in a series of challenges and elimination rounds to determine who will earn the coveted Diamond Chef title. Each Chef will be presented with a mystery basket of unknown items that they must make a dish out of.

WHAT: Six local chefs compete in two elimination rounds for the title, Diamond Chef Arkansas
Guests will enjoy sampling foods from around the world prepared by instructors and students from the culinary school. Our mixology students will be creating signature cocktails to compliment the cuisine. A few other features guests can look forward to: a wine pull, silent and live auction featuring food, cooking, and experience related items, and new this year a Farm-To-Table room.
