LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Diamond Chef Arkansas is a competitive culinary competition that pits some of Arkansas’ most beloved, certified chefs against each other in a series of challenges and elimination rounds to determine who will earn the coveted Diamond Chef title. Each Chef will be presented with a mystery basket of unknown items that they must make a dish out of. 

The University of Arkansas – Pulaski Tech Technical College Foundation and the UA-PTC Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management Institute (CAHMI) present the premier culinary competition and fundraiser, the 2019 Diamond Chef Arkansas on April 11, 2019, at 6 p.m. to be held at CAHMI.
