LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — A video from Facebook captures the moments that lead up to a mass shooting in downtown Little Rock.
The Little Rock Police Department says 25 people were shot and three others injured leaving the Power Ultra Lounge at to 220 West Louisiana. All victims were expected to survive.
Eleven victims were reported to be receiving treatment at UAMS at one point and most had been released. Mark Lowman with Baptist Health told us that three victims were taken to its North Little Rock hospital and six to its Little Rock hospital. Three had been treated and released. There were three gunshot victims at CHI St. Vincent. Two were reported to be stable and one critical. According to police, the youngest victim is 16-years-old.
“We do not believe was an active shooter or terror-related incident. It appears to have been a dispute at a concert,” police said.
