Families of Incarcerated People Meet to Discuss the Trials They Go Through

LITTLE ROCK, AR – Families and children of people that are incarcerated met Saturday to discuss critical resources they can use while their loved ones are locked up.

These families attended the 6th Annual National Conference on Children and Families of the Incarcerated to hear from experts on things they can do to make the situation easier on themselves.

One presenter shared that it is often the families that bare most of the burden.

Attendees of the conference met not only to hear from experts, but also to share some stories about some of the difficulties they go through on a daily basis.
