2 Pounds Finely Diced Fresh Tomato
2/3 Finely Diced Red Cup
1 Fresh Jalapeno, finely minced
½ Cup Minced Fresh Cilantro
3 Tbsp. Lime Juice
3/4 Tbsp. Kosher Salt
In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients and mix well. Adjust salt and lime juice to taste if necessary.
Note: If you want less heat, remove the stems and seeds from the jalapeno before mincing.
