Barbecue Chicken Whole Wheat Pasta Salad

Serves 6 to 8


  • 1 pound whole wheat pasta, cooked
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes, cut in half
  • 1/2 cup heart healthy BBQ sauce, (no salt or sugar added)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/2 pound grilled chicken breast, shredded
  • 1/2 cup frozen corn, thawed
  • 3 green onions, thinly sliced
  • Fresh ground pepper to taste


In a large bowl, add all ingredients and toss until well combined.
