2 Fresh Ripe Peaches, halved and pitted
½ Cup Maple Syrup
2 Tbsp. Unsalted Butter
Sprinkle Cinnamon Sugar
Vanilla Ice Cream

Brush the cut sides of the peach halves with maple syrup. Heat a grill pan over low to medium low heat. Using tongs, smear the butter all over the grill pan. Place the peaches, cut side down, in the pan and cook over low heat, rotating occasionally at 90 degrees, for about 10 minutes or until they are slightly soft but not mushy.

To serve, cut the peach slices into thirds and serve over vanilla ice cream drizzled with a little more maple syrup and a sprinkle of cinnamon sugar.
