LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – A California jail confirms a suspect in a November Little Rock triple homicide is behind bars. 

The San Diego County Jail confirmed Thursday that Joshua Malik Williams, 21, has been booked into its jail on murder warrants. 

According to a news release from the San Diego Police Department, officers originally made contact with Williams at the Harborside Trolley Station due to a fare violation. Officials say during a records check, a felony warrant out of Little Rock appeared.

Williams is awaiting extradition.
