SEARCY, Ark. – Police in Searcy said Tuesday night that they are investigating a deadly McDonald’s shooting along with two apartment shooting incidents.

According to the Searcy Police Department, officers were called to the Dogwood Manor Apartments located at 306 S. Charles around 8 p.m. After arriving, police said they found that two apartments and vehicles were struck by gunfire.

Officers responded to a second shooting call at The Ridge Apartments located at 2001 Quality Drive. After arriving on the scene, officers said they found that three apartments and a vehicle were struck. Police said that there were no injuries reported.

Police said that they believe both apartment shooting incidents were related. They also noted that a small white vehicle was seen leaving both scenes.

While at the apartment complex, officers said that there were called to another unrelated shooting at the McDonald’s on East Race Street. Police said that two men were involved in a dispute, leading to the two shooting at each other.

The 31-year-old and 24-year-olds were taken to a local hospital but later died from their injuries, police said.

Officials with the SPD have not released the identities of the victims in the McDonald’s shooting. Officers said that they are searching for a person of interest in the apartment shooting incident.
