LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Police are searching for a suspect who robbed two men at gunpoint as they were leaving a local restaurant.

It happened shortly after midnight Tuesday at P. F. Chang’s on N. Shackleford Road.

According to the Little Rock Police Department (LRPD) incident report, the suspect, who was dressed all in black and armed with a handgun, made the victims go back inside the restaurant, where he demanded their keys and cell phones and all the money from the safe.

The report states that the suspect threatened to kill them if they didn’t comply. One of the victims gave the suspect his keys and cell phone but the other told him he had no keys or cell phone.

The victims told police the gunman left out the back door, where he went through some bushes.

Police say the cell phone one of the victims had given the suspect was tracked and found a few miles away on the ground near the entrance to Kanis Park.

The LRPD report notes that surveillance video captured the incident and provided police with a suspect description.
