Arkansas State police arrest Mississippi man after interstate shooting


LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — Arkansas State police arrested a Mississippi man after he was wanted in connection to shooting a gun at another driver traveling on Interstate 55 near the Arkansas-Tennessee border.

State police said they arrested Gerald Koelling, 63, and he is currently in custody at the West Memphis jail.

The driver who was allegedly shot at was not injured but police found evidence of a bullet that penetrated the rear of his vehicle.
