SEARCY, Ark. – There’s a new attraction in downtown Searcy.

An old alley located just west of the court square is being transformed thanks to paints, brushes and a little creativity.

The “Think ART Project” has dubbed it “Art Alley.”

It’s an initiative to improve quality of life, increase tourism and encourage relocation to the city through the power of ART.

“Art Alley” features colorful murals being painted by volunteers that are turning an eyesore into something people will want to see.
