INGREDIENTS:
1 head romaine washed, crisped, chopped
1 head red leaf lettuce washed, crisped, julienned
1 c shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 pint strawberries sliced
½ jicama cubed
Dressing:
1 c canola oil
¾ c sugar
½ c red wine vinegar
½ tsp paprika
¼ tsp white pepper
