Ingredients:

1 container spring mix

1 avocado, cubed

½ cup cut mango

Corn on the cob steamed and cut off

Directions:

½ cup white balsamic vinegar

1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard

2 Tbsp. honey

½ cup canola oil

Garlic powder

Salt and pepper
