LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – On Capitol View this week, a teacher pay proposal by the governor is being debated among legislators and education leaders in Arkansas.
The discussion centered around the timing of when to raise teacher salaries and what part of the state’s current surplus should be used for education raises. State representative David Ray and Arkansas Education Association president Carole Fleming joined our Caitrin Assaf to discuss the issue.
